Overview:

Enamuthu Perumal is a Retired Banker of Senior Management cadre from Punjab National Bank, India’s second largest Public Sector Bank. He has vast experience of 34 years after having worked in different cadres at Branches, Regional Offices and Zonal Offices across Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Kerala and Tamil Nadu in India. He has a successful track record of Business Development, Credit Marketing, HR Management, Recovery of Loans etc.      

During his stint at PNB, he underwent specialised training on Small Scale Industries (Non-farm sector and Agro based SSIs) at College of Agriculture Banking of Reserve Bank of India (Pune), Project Appraisal & Financing at Jawaharlal Nehru Institute Of Development Banking (Hyderabad), Advanced Programme on Control & Monitoring of Branch Operations at PNB Institute of Information Technology (Lucknow) and Senior Executive Leadership program at Management Development Institute (Gurgaon). He also participated in various in-house trainings.

He got exposure to Forex business, SWIFT transactions, etc. and underwent training on selected area of Foreign Exchange Business and Regulatory Requirement under FEMA conducted by RBI and FEDAI (Foreign Exchange Dealers Association of India).

He also gained expertise in managing Non Performing Assets in Bank and well versed with the nitty gritty of Recovery measures through Legal Actions including SARFAESI, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.

Recently, he had completed on-line EDP on “Spices and Dry Fruits International Trade” and got Certificate from National Institute for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (ni-msme), Hyderabad.
